Picture this... It's January, you're on a 'New You' Health kick and start getting out and about in the great outdoors... The Evenings still get dark quickly, sitting around a camp fire, that satisfying sip of your brew and sense of new found achievement.  

Night Hike gives off campfire vibes, as a stunning Washed Single Origin.  Performing fantastically well as an espresso.  Slightly past Medium Roast beans giving a mild sweetness, and ending in a distinct hint of Amaretto and Hazelnut flavours.  A strong all rounder this will also work extremely well with your V60, cafetiere or aeropress.
