Scott - Armed with an MA in Songwriting and a legend on the Mandolin for local music wizards The Apple Tree Theory, Scott heads up the Roasting and Fulfilment department on the daily. You may also have caught Scott serving up banging Flat Whites over the years at Parc Pantry or maybe on his YouTube channel?

Ant – With a Background in the building industry and corporate sales, Ant started up Parc Pantry 10 + years ago with childhood pal Matt. Their journey in the world of Coffee finally led them to set up their own Roastery in 2022, with a decade of coffee industry know how, there’s a wealth of knowledge, far deeper than just really good coffee.

Matt – Aside from being buddies with Ant, forever, Matt heads up the bits in between that make the business tick. A strong history in customer relations, Matt also runs Sister Co – Nos Da Bakery and aids in running the coordinated logistics of both companies. He’s the big dog when it comes to operational nous.
