Our new House Filter from El Salvadorian hits with big clean notes of PLUM, APPLE & Honey,  Bourbon beans from the Apaneca - Ilamatepec region undergo a Honey Process which really makes the fruity vibes sing.  Typically a higher acidity it has an SAC score of 85.5,  It's our current house filter for good reason and a strong all rounder working extremely well with your V60, cafetière or as a summer cold brew.
