Naturally processed beans from the Finca Serbia - El Salvador, this coffee works well though milk as a short drink like a Cortado, but the pronounced acidity really lends itself to slower more delicate brews such as Filter & French Press
It's our current house filter for good reason with Spring on the distant horizon, this works really well as a cold brew over ice and naturally with a slice.
