Our new House Filter from Uganda hits with big clean notes of STRAWBERRY, HONEY & CHERRY.
Naturally processed beans from the Rwenzori Mountain Region of Uganda feature the highest altitudes of any of our coffees to date, coming in at around 2500 masl. The subtle fruity notes give a slight more pronounced acidity while the hint of honey really make this filter something really special. Lovingly named 'Donkey Premium' the coffee cherries are transported through the Rwenzori Mountainous regions by donkey.
It's our current house filter for good reason and a strong all rounder working extremely well with your V60, cafetière or as a summer cold brew.
