Bellissima is a premium Italian-style roast launched in 2025 to meet growing demand for a refined, dependable house coffee. Inspired by the Italian cafés that shaped South Wales coffee culture, this blend combines Brazilian Arabica with Ugandan Robusta for balance, depth and a luxurious crema.

Expect rich notes of dark chocolate, rum and raisin with a gently smoky finish. Carefully roasted for consistency and versatility, Bellissima performs beautifully as espresso or paired with milk, making it a favourite with cafés and quality-focused retailers.

This coffee also excels as a filter, making it an ideal travelling partner to go with your V60, cafetiere or Aeropress.
